I do see a glimmer of hope! Those who know me know I’m a bit of “glass half full” person. But I am not just looking through my rose-colored glasses here. Without even looking at the trends and charts, I know things are improving in Ann Arbor.

I thought I was ridiculously busy as a college golf coach. And I was correct. We’d travel constantly, have daytime and evening practices, and be on 24/7 call for the needs of our athletes. So how is it possible that I’m busier as a Realtor®?
