So retro, so mid-’50s, we can hardly pass up 1020 Bruce as one of the cutest homes for sale in Ann Arbor. From the basement paneling and speckled tiles to the pink and blue bathroom, there’s lots of love in this 1956 home, especially if you go for ret-ro.
