"We sold our house with Trillium primarily working with Linda, Sandy, and Gordon. They all have worked in Ann Arbor for years and seemed to know the market inside and out.

They went the extra mile to setup an open house for us which resulted in an offer at list price within a couple weeks of the house being on the market.

When things came up during the closing process they quickly resolved the issue with the buying agent (even making calls at the airport while they were traveling). Communication was great - we always felt like we were in the loop via text and email.

"We just finished selling a house as personal representative for an elderly friend in Dexter. From the initial consultation to closing (a total of six months), Linda, Gordon and Sandi were wonderful. From recommendations of local businesses to where to put money into the property, they were spot on. We had so much interest in the property that we had multiple offers far over asking and were under contract in two days without even needing to hold the open house.

The house selling process was new to us. Linda knew we had a lot of work to do to empty the and prepare the house. She was a helpful cheerleader without us feeling pushed to get the house on the market right away. We had some last minute home repair issues that set back our initial timeline, and Gordon was extremely helpful in stopping by the house daily to check on the progress for us for a week since he lived closer.

Technology was key piece in their communication. We had a designated group text with the realtors and the office coordinator, a DocuSign room for all of the contractual items, the ShowingTime website to keep track of all of the showings, buyer feedback, and inspection appointments, and lastly the coordinator made a grid with all of the buyer offers and their contingencies, financials, etc. to help with deciding which one to accept. This was all extremely helpful in keeping track of everything!

"Gordon Loll was my Realtor through Trillium Real Estate, and he is fantastic. Right from the beginning he was an advocate and kept my interests first and foremost. There was no pressure to "settle" for a "decent" house; he wanted a very good house for me. Gordon was often the one to point out faults with the houses that I didn't recognize or realize might be an issue. He is also very responsive, getting back to me on weekends and in the evenings, which ended up being critical for me in putting in the offer on my house with a tight deadline. He helped guide me through the offer process, and I believe helped my offer to be the one ultimately selected. In coordination with Jeff May, Team Specialist, he and Gordon were able to negotiate a seller credit for a necessary repair, as well as throwing in a Home Warranty!
